Which Wineries will we visit on our tour?
Our guides will pick wineries that give you the most enjoyable experience, as well as ones that suit your wine tastes. Itineraries are put together a week prior to your tour, any special requests let us know and we will do our best to go to those wineries. Requests are based on a first-come first-serve basis. Our guests are satisfied with over 40 boutique wineries to choose from.
What is the transportation?
We have a 4-5 passenger Ford Flex, Corporate 1/2 ton Truck for 4 passengers, a 9 passenger Shuttle Bus, a 10 passenger Transit, a 12-16 Passenger Limo Bus and a 20 passenger Mini-Bus in our fleet. If we have interest from groups beyond our vehicle capacity we access to a number of luxury coach buses and will have one of our guides step on to give you the insider’s tour. We can NOT guarantee one specific vehicle for your group, unless you book the tour as private.
How much is a Private Tour?
This varies by how many guests are in your group, the size of vehicle you require, as well as the day of the week. If you are looking to have a private tour on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the surcharge will be greater than on a week-day. Please contact us to get an exact quote.
What if I have to cancel my tour?
** Please note, we require 48 hour notice of any tour cancellations. Tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice than the customer will be charged for 50% of the tour cost. **
If the number of guests in your party decreases within two (2) weeks of the tour date, an administration fee of $50 will apply.
What if the size of my group changes?
For large groups (8+) if the number of guests decreases within two (2) weeks of the tour date, you are still responsible for covering the total cost. Any changes in number will incur an administrative fee of $50.
What time do tours start and end?
Half Day tours run from approx. 1:00 PM (give or take 15 minutes) and finish anywhere from 5:00 – 6:00 PM depending on the size of the group. For Full Day tours, expect to start your day at approx. 11:00 AM (give or take 15 minutes) and finish anywhere from 5:00 – 6:00 PM depending on the size of the group. The exact pick-up time will be sent to your via email 3 days prior to your tour. If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails end of up there.
How should I dress and what should I bring?
There is no dress code at any of the wineries. Bottled water is supplied. You may also wish to bring a pen and paper if you want to remember which wines you liked. And of course your wallet so you can bring some bottles home!
How do I pay for my tour?
We accept Visa or M/C through our secure online booking system or contact our office and we will be happy to take your booking. A 30% deposit is required for large groups at the time of booking, the remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour (split payments between guests are fine) paid via Cash, Visa or M/C.
Are there any taxes?
Yes. All tours are subject to 13% HST tax.
Do I leave a tip?
Gratuities are optional and are up to the individual. Our guides appreciate any monetary amount received or awesome review on Trip Advisor.
Will I be with other guests on tour?
All tours are shared which means other guests may be on tour with you. The more the merrier! We keep our tours smaller for a more intimate experience. If your group would prefer a private tour we can try to accommodate this depending on the availability. If you would like a private tour a surcharge will apply. How far in advance do I need to book my tour?
For tours on Saturday tours in the summer it is advisable to book at least 4 weeks in advance. For days during the week in the summer months it is best to book a couple weeks before. Bookings last minute depending on the availability of a driver.
